Q) How do I make a lodging reservation?
A) Reservations are secured by one of three cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card). When securing the reservation 10% of the full stay is charged to the charge card. The remainder of payment is paid upon arrival to the facility. lodging facilities have varying policies of acceptable payment. Confirmation of payment is issued to the e-mail given to this site.


Q) Is it safe to use a charge card to secure my reservation?
A) Ensuring safety and security, charge card encryption and transfer is processed by B+S Card Service GmbH through real-time processing.


Q) What should I do if I do not own a credit card?
A) If authorization has been given by the card owner to make the transaction that card may be used to secure a reservation.


Q) How accurate are the hostel rating percentages?
A) The rating percentage is a combination of every person who decided to submit a rating request, which we provide. This is strictly the opinion of the guest after their full stay.


Q) Why is it necessary to book my reservations on the site?
A) Real-time processing is provided, which means the data is processed instantly. The confirmation number is issued to the e-mail address the customer gives during the reservation application.


Q) Can I make more than one reservation at a time?
A) More than one reservation may be secured at a time. When creating more than one reservation the charge card must be entered to create a reservation per transaction.


Q) How should I process my reservation if I am bringing other people along?
A) Create the reservation by registering only one person's name. Submit the exact number of persons that will be included in the party. It is not necessary to make separate reservations for every single person in a group.


Q) How can I find out whether or not my small children are eligible to stay in the lodging facilities?
A) When there is an age requirement for a lodging facility the cut off age will be posted. The number of the age limit minimum will be visible inside the age limit icon. This icon is located at the bottom of the lodging facility's information page.


Q) How should my reservation be made if the same room is not available for all the nights I need?
A) When reserving accommodation, choose the rooms that appear to be vacant to complete your full stay request. Keep in mind that if it is necessary to book separate rooms for the full stay, often times it is possible to arrange less movement from room to room upon arrival.


Q) I want to change my reservation. What should I do?
A) Contact the direct lodging facility or event coordinator to arrange the new requests. The facility's individual information page will contain their specific contact information.


Q) What if not everyone included in my particular reservation actually checks in?
A) This is the same as a standard cancellation, per how many persons. When it is known that one or more in a party will not arrive, inform the lodging or event. Those vacancies can then be shown as available for use as it is informed.


Q) What if I prefer to make all my reservations separately, rather than packages deals?
A) It is possible to reserve accommodation and events separate, however it is rated at the standard price.


Q) What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A) The confirmation fee is non-refundable. Inspect the cancellation policy of what has been reserved. Most lodging do have a policy of informing of non-arrival 24hrs in advance. The penalty is usually the cost of the first nights stay. Policies do sometimes vary.


Q) What should I consider an event?
A) A concert, a festival, an exhibition, an exhibit, a show, a play, a museum are considered events.


Q) How do I find out if an event has been canceled before my arrival?
A) The site advises on updates and/or changes which are posted in the Gig Guide. It is important to inquire prior the to active date of arrival.


Q) Is it alright for me to bring my children to events, for example a festival?
A) It is important to decide whether it is feasible to bring children according to the type of event. When taking children it is important to inspect more in detail the facilities that are offered. In some cases festival conditions are more like camping and it is not always so easy to get the nearest town or village.


Q) May I bring my pets to the festivals?
A) On the individual detail page the event will show a pet friendly icon, if it is possible to be accompanied by Pets. Be aware that if pets are to be at festival they are the responsibility of those who decided to bring them. Controlling and cleaning up after pets is the responsibility of it's owner.
