HoF- Reservation Security

• Data Integrity

HoF- Duty of Agreement:

• Provide lodging specification display for the purpose of promotion toward accommodation availability and services
• Submit reservation details toward the lodging establishment to ensure proper record processing and charging policies.
• Retain 10% of reservation rate deducted from customer charge card as a deposit toward HostelFest.com

Partner/ Licensee- Duty of Agreement:

• Supply HoF with accurate details of lodging types and services provided throughout partnership agreement
• Rates submitted to HoF must be true to agreement
• The allocated bed average to be displayed on HoF : (#)
• Accurately process reservations, as received in lodging records prior to customer arrival
• Upon customer arrival, only charge the rate agreed upon posting for site, minus the 10% subtracted from the charge card

Operation Principles Agreement (Both Parties):

• Available when required or as promised concerning meetings or issues
• Inform and agree upon necessary changes, prior to or as they occur
• Support joint marketing efforts through participation

Termination of Agreement:

• Contract agreement may be dissolved providing at least 90 days notice
• All prior reservations that have been confirmed are to be honored, in case of this instance
• Partner/ Licensee is still in agreement of standard rooms held for the site until final partnering date
