About Us

Private and Shared Rooms for Rent in Huge Restored Rustic Home, Temporary stays for spanish students, tango dancers, travelers,musicians, artists, and other good people. Foreigners as well as Latinos welcome to share our 19th century home in the heart of Montserrat neighborhood, ) just next to San Telmo though less trendy and turisty ). The house is very spacious and offers high ceilinged lounge, living, and dining areas as well as ample enclosed patio space for barbeques, study, music, etc... 2 shared bathrooms, full and spacious kitchen, heated 2 level loft style rooms for singles, couples, or groups. 24 hour hot water, wi fi zone, computer with internet. We are located near the city center, san telmo, plaza de congresso, and the plaza de mayo with subway a short walk and several important bus lines. We´ll be happy to help with any helpful information about the city, spanish classes, futbol matches, cultural centers, etc... feel free to write with any questions, english and spanish spoken.

We are located in the centre of the city, so you can take a walk and go to cinemas, theatres, museums or take a bus and go to La Boca, Puerto Madero.
