Bookings involving any date of the Carnaval period (2009 Feb 19 - Feb 25) must have a minimum of seven days at carnaval rate to be accepted, otherwise Open House will not be responsible for refunding.


Cancellations will be refunded at 75% only if made with 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card acceptance depends on Paypal transaction approval, if rejected payments shall be made in cash.

Rua (STREET) Recife 120 Jardim Brasil - Barra

You have to get to the Shopping Barra.
Once there, on the bus stop in front of SMarket Bompreso,
follow the street (2 blocks) until Rua Recife (street)
turn right half block and you will enter OPEN HOUSE BARRA.
