About Us

Welcome to our cosy, yet modern hostel in the very center of Warsaw! In fact, we are more like a pension. We are located in the city of Warsaw among the beautiful surroundings of old-style buildings. Our hostel is located in center of Warsaw, in the middle of Kolonia Staszica - one of the most beautiful and prestigious parts of Warsaw, known for its traditional architecture and pleasant atmosphere of an old residential area. Kolonia Staszica was built in 1920s and the whole district is found as a architectural relic of Warsaw: many famous people have lived there, such as former president of Poland, Ignacy Moscicki. Many embassies are located there, like Embassy of Denmark or Israel. The house is located next to the former British Consulate.

Kolonia Staszica and the house are located next to the biggest and most famous parks of Warsaw: J. Pilsudski Park (former Pola Mokotowskie) - you can see the park trees from the balcony. Although it is a peaceful residential area, it is very close to the city Center: about 12 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, 5 minutes walk to the Warsaw University of Technology, 10 minutes walk to the nearest Subway Station, 100 meters to the nearest bus stop, and 300 meters to the nearest streetcar stop.

We created Jump Inn Hostel to satisfy our friends from all over Europe - we value the quality of our services as much as the well-being of our guests and home-like atmosphere.

We have 30 beds, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine, chill-out room with satellite TV and projector, and free internet access. A DELICIOUS, ALL YOU CAN EAT - BUFFET BREAKFAST is included in the price, with of course, free coffee and tea throughout the day. Towels and linen provided without extra fees.

How to Find Us

On foot (15 mins):
Once you ascend from the train platform (peron in Polish), find the nearest exit. The 'underground' below the train station is very confusing and it is best to navigate from the surface as soon as possible. Find the Mariott Building (south of the train station). It has LOT written on its side. Walk down the road 'Tytusa Chałubińskiego' with the Mariott to your left. This street is adjacent to the Mariott. Continue on this street until you reach Wawelska, a major street. Take a right and continue until Prokuratorska street. Turn right and we are number 2, with a Jump Inn Hostel sign on the building.

By Tram (5 mins):
While under the train station, follow the signs for the MOKOTÓW trams (it is at the west side of the station). Take either tram 10, 17, or 33 to the third stop, called GUS. At GUS, you must go underground to cross the street (turn left down the stairs). Cross Wawelska on the overpass (you will see the Mariott building in the far distance) and immediately turn left once you cross the street. Continue until Prokuratorska street. Turn right and we are number 2, with a Jump Inn Hostel sign on the building.

From the Airport:
By taxi: Only take a taxi from the Fryderyk Chopin terminal - NOT FROM THE ETIUDA TERMINAL! Ask for an approx. price before getting in. Refuse to pay more than 35zl to get to the hostel.

By Bus: Take the 188 and get off at at the GUS stop. The same directions as for trams.
