Stef's Guide
So hello! I'm Steff, welcoming you to HostelFest.com. It's not always as easy as people think to plan a holiday, so that's why I'm here. I'll assist in some areas that could possibly help you, if you're open to suggestion. Before you know it, this part will be behind you and you'll be snapping picture after picture in the places you want to be! Hope you have fun!!!
The Tip
You know...whether you've never stepped foot on foreign land or if ya do it all the time. It's still good to be reminded of the truths of reality. Let's take it from the top! Number one- Remember to always keep your funds separated. Honestly, it helps prevent the misfortune of losing everything all at once. Number two- During those large events, never carry your credentials nor cash on your back side. Sometimes it's better to be safe than cute. And number three- Try not to travel with items that would cause you to be traumatized, if they came up missing. However, if you absolutely feel the need to bring those things make sure to keep them locked in a safety deposit box when you are not using them. So with all that being said, have a great time and be wise!
During Festivals...
There's lots of fun to be had in so many different countries. When traveling to these events make sure to find out the facts to present politeness and for your enjoyment. Know how to dress for these situations. Sometimes it's comfortable to wear certain items, but not always appropriate or even safe. Learn some basic words and phrases just to make your get around faster and easier. And most of all remember- You're going to experience something different from home, so try to appreciate new experiences.
