When you are submitting a reservation for yourself and/or your party you are required to enter personal and charge card information.
Your charge card will be charged 10% confirmation fee from the complete accommodation total. The remainder is paid upon your arrival.
Event payment of confirmation may vary, depending on type.
When you have succesfully submitted a reservation through this website you will receive the reservation details to the e-mail address of which you requested in the reservation process. Included with your detail, you are issued the confirmation number for the reservation. This number speeds the check in process upon arrival to your destination and may assist in locating your record of confirmation.
When you are securing the reservation it is in agreement to the payment of confirmation fee to this* *website. Certification is represented by SRC Security Research & Consulting GmbH, Germany and B+S Card Service GmbH, Germany.
The charge card processing method through this website is a secure transaction. You are to be without a doubt legal age and authorised to make transactions with the card you choose to reserve your selections on this website. This is to avoid further legal action in the case that the card is not authorised to you. The charge card number is entered at the your discretion!
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid charge card. The name of the person of which the reservation stands must be the name on the reservation detail.
Your charge card information is required in order to deduct the confirmation fee from your complete reservation. The charge card confirmation fee is non-refundable.

Non-profit events are strictly placed on our site for your information, not for profit. These organizations are not owned by our company.
Prior to your arrival of confirmed lodging it is important for you to contact the establishment to be assured that the confirmed requests are in line with one another.
Hostelfest.com will expedite the confirmation of your reservation selction. However these services are not* *owned by our company. Each service advertised by our site offering designated space for you and/or your party have specific standards, rules, guidelines, and laws, as they are individually owned and are present in a variety of countries and/or states. It is your responisability to research their individual links for detail they have submitted for your information and clarity. Cancellations only stand valid if you have cancelled twenty-four hours (24hrs.) prior to the first nights stay. Your cancellation must be made through the direct provider of which you are reserved. We are not the provider. The provider contact is sent by e-mail.
Each Provider of service has their own policy on charging for a no-show without cancellation. Be sure to find out individual policies when reserving. Expect your no show situations without informing the provider of stay to result in reprimendation. This is holding reservations in expectation of your arrival without the proper procedure of cancellation.
Hostelfest does not disclose your personal data to third parties other than as permitted. We do operate a privacy policy. You consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with data protection.
Your submitted information is to include your first name, sir name, nationality, gender, e-mail address, arrival time, country code, phone number, card holder’s name, expiration date, card type, agreement of reading and accepting the terms and conditions.
